Are you looking for a fun and conversation-friendly corporate event venue? The Hitchin Post Bar & Grill may be the perfect place! We are set up with ample space for event bookings regardless of time of year of any size from 20-100 people either in our dining room or our VLT lounge. We have also recently added our new seasonal patio with capacity for up to 80 guests.
Our partnerships with local microbreweries and craft distillers, means we can offer a unique beverage experience that can include sponsorships, tap takeovers, tastings or new product launches unique to your corporate party needs. Our diverse food and drink menus are sure to please even the most aficionado perfectionist. Supporting local craft breweries, distillers, farmers, ranchers, greenhouses, and agriculture suppliers, we can guarantee your dining and drink experience will be authentic to what you expect in rural cattle and stampede country.
Your Hitching Post event experiences
Our combined years of experience with events all types include weddings, corporate parties (including Holiday and Stampede parties), large birthday and graduation parties, silent auctions and other charity events, craft/paint nights, corporate karaoke, rockstar bingo and even celebrations of life. Our only of its kind BBQ pit gives us the ability to pump out a lot of high-quality meat for large events.

As a reminder, event bookings require a deposit at least 14-days prior to the event date, and we need final guest numbers at least 7 days prior to an event.
