Thanks to the vision and skill of our Head Chef, Rahul Mendhiratta, we’ve been able to refine our menu while preserving the essence of home-cooked meals.

Our unwavering focus on quality and customer service quickly earned the loyalty of our patrons, which has allowed us to extend our reach into new neighborhoods.

Today, The Hitchin Post proudly has locations in Killam and Peace River, with an exciting new restaurant set to open soon in Blackfalds.
